Help and contact

Mundus is operated as a continuous service. Account, payment and platform issues are handled by a human reviewer through a single channel.

Contact

How to reach us

Write to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Mundus account. Requests sent from a different address cannot be matched to a ruler and will be declined.

Expected response time is two business days. Replies are sent during normal business hours in Brazil. Mundus does not provide live chat, phone support, or social media support.

Scope

What we help with

  • Account access, sign-in failures, and email verification.
  • Payment problems handled by Stripe: failed charges, duplicate charges, missing coin credit after a successful payment.
  • Disputes about whether a takeover was processed correctly by the system. This means transaction integrity, not strategy.
  • Data requests under applicable privacy law: access, correction, portability, and anonymization.
  • Reports of abuse, impersonation, or content that violates the terms.
  • Security incidents involving your account.

Scope

What we do not help with

  • Reversal of completed takeovers. Takeovers are atomic and final by design. See the Terms of Use.
  • Refund of coins consumed in a takeover. Coins spent on a takeover are destroyed and cannot be restored.
  • Recovery of Legacy points or coins lost when a ruler is deposed. Being deposed is a normal outcome of the system.
  • Strategic advice about which countries to take or when to take them. Support does not influence the map.
  • Requests to remove historical events from a country page or a ruler's public record. The historical record is permanent.

Format

Before writing

A useful message contains the minimum information needed to act on it. Include the following items as they apply:

  • Your Mundus username.
  • The country slug if the request is about a takeover (for example, brazil).
  • Timestamps in UTC, not local time.
  • The Stripe receipt number or payment intent identifier if the request is about a payment.
  • A short description of the expected outcome.

Trust

Security and platform integrity

Authentication runs through Google. Mundus does not handle passwords. If you suspect another person has accessed your account, revoke the Mundus session from your Google account security page and then write to support so we can review the relevant authentication events.

Every takeover is recorded as an immutable event on the country and on both rulers' public records. Suspicious patterns — automated takeovers, coordinated multi-account activity, payment fraud — are reviewed against this record and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of coins, without refund, under the terms.
